影响中学体育教育质量的因素分析——以广西普通中学为研究个案

An Analysis on the Factors Influencing the Quality of Physical Education in Middle Schools——Cases from Guangxi General Middle Schools

采用问卷调查法和因子分析方法,从各因素对教育质量影响的重要程度以及各因素之间的相互关系等方面,对影响中学体育教育质量的多个指标进行综合分析。研究结果表明,影响中学体育教育质量的因素的重要程度依次为教育目标与教育者因子、教学因子、物质条件因子、受教育者因子和激励因子。体育教育目标实施过程中未注重发展目标和教育目标的达成,以及体育教师所具备运动能力和教育能力的不足是影响中学体育教育质量的最重要因素。

Using the methods of questionnaire investigation and factor analysis,this paper has made a comprehensive analysis on the important effects of factors influencing the quality of education as well as the relationship between factors and various indicators influencing the quality of middle school physical education.The result shows that the factors' degree of importance in influencing the quality of physical education are ranked as follows: Factor of education aim and educators,factor of teaching,factor of material conditions and factor of educatees and incention,of which the most important factors influencing the quality of physical education are that less attention to the achievement of the development goal and education goal in the implementation of physical education goals,and that the teachers are of less sports and educational competence.
