摘要
阐述体能的概念,并根据水球运动项目特点,提出少年水球运动员的早期体能训练要从注重专项速度训练,综合发展反应速度与动作速度,重点发展快速力量能力,发展耐久能力及加强灵敏能力的训练几个方面进行。
In this paper,the author discourses the definition of stamina and puts forward the following proposals for the early stamina training of juvenile water polo players according to the characteristics of water polo: Stressing on the specialized speed training,comprehensivly improvingt the reaction speed and movement speed and prioritily focusing on the development of the training of speed power ability,endurance ability and flexibility.
