世界男子优秀运动员200m跑速度规律的生理学探析及其训练手段

摘要 为揭示200m跑速度规律的生理学实质,采用文献资料、数理统计等方法对第6、7届世界田径锦标赛男子200m决赛15名运动员进行参数分析,研究结果表明:50~100m分段速度最快;后100m比前100m速度快,后100m对全程成绩影响最大,前后100m差值对总成绩没有显著影响;200m跑速度变化规律与能量对应有密切关系,速度耐力是提高运动员成绩的关键;应根据能量对应关系进行专项训练。 In order to promulgate 200 meters to run the speed rule physiology essence,uses method and so on literature material,mathematical statistic to 6th,the 7th session of world track and field championship tournament man 200 meters plays in the finals 15athletes to carry on the parameter analysis,the findings indicated that,The 50~100 rice partition speed is quickest;Latter 100 meters compared to first 100 meters speeds quick,the latter 100 meters are biggest to the entire journey result influence,around 100m difference value to result not remarkable influence;200 meters run the speed change rule and the energy correspondence have the close relation,the speed endurance is enhances the athlete result the key;we should carry on the special training according to the energy correspondence relations.
