社会体育专业培养健身私教人才的可行性研究

Feasibility of cultivating personal training professionals in gyms in social physical education major

通过调查目前我国健身房私教的职业现状和存在问题,并对我国健身私教人才需求、社会体育专业本科教育对私教职业化建设的影响、社会体育专业培养健身私教人才的办学条件三方面进行分析。研究表明,目前我国商业健身房对健身私人教练员需求量巨大,但必须通过社会体育专业本科教育,是成为合格健身私教的有效途径,因此,社会体育专业培养健身私教人才是可行的。

Though the survey of the present status of personal training professionals in gyms as well as the problems which occurred, the article examined the feasibility of cultivating personal training professionals in gyms in social physical education major in three aspects： the need of personal training professionals in gyms, the effect of four- year social physical college education on the professionalism of personal training professionals, and the requirements for running a school for training professionals under the social physical education. Research shows that, at present, there is a great need for the personal training professionals in profit- making gyms in China. However, the article claims, the effective way of being a qualified professional is to conduct college education with social physical education among professionals in gyms. Based on this mason, it is feasible to conduct college education with social physical education in cultivating personal training professionals.
