在科学训练理论的指导下,从有利于攀岩技术的教学训练实践为出发点,构建了攀岩技术训练效果评价体系的基本框架,为攀岩运动的科学选材和训练提供理论和实践依据。

In favor of the practice of teaching and training, this study builds a basic framework of evaluation system about rock climbing technical training effect under the guidance of the scientific training theory, so as to provide theoretical and practical basis for rock climbing scientific selection and training.
