摘要
本文旨在探讨考生对全国英语专业四级口试难度的感知以及感知与表现之间的关系,并从问卷调查和面谈中找出影响全国英语专业四级口试任务难度的因素。研究结果表明。两人交谈这一任务类型比即席讲话更难,但是这一实际难度并未显著地表现在考生的感知上。尽管考生对任务难度的感知可以为试题改革提供一定的反馈作用,但我们不能过于依赖考生的反馈。
This study sets out to investigate perceptions among students who take tests,regard- ing the difficulty of tasks comprising the TEM4-SET.Additionally,it explores certain fac- tors affecting task difficulty,as indicated in students'feedback from a survey question- naire and after-test interviews.Results reveal that Discussion is more difficulnt than Indi- vidual Presentation,which is not significantly associated with the perceptions of test subjects.Overall,the findings suggest that although subjective perception of task diffi- culty can provide some insight into the issue,such perception is generally unreliable.
