摘要
教师专业化发展是现代教育改革实践提出的一个具有重大理论意义的课题。为了更好地促进我国高校EFL教师专业化的发展,本文分析了教师专业化的含义与标准以及我国高校EFL教师的现状,提出了教师专业化发展中存在的问题及其对策。
The development of teacher specialization in university is a significant issue caused by the reform practice of modem education.In order to better promote the development of EFL teacher specialization in university,the paper analyzes the meaning end the criterion of teacher specialization,and also the condition of EFL teachers in university.Further- more,it points out the current problems with the specialization of EFL teachers end offers some solutions and strategies.
