摘要
学习管理策略包括认知活动管理策略和情感活动管理策略。本文通过对外语学习管理策略培训的研究,以提高学习者的自主学习能力。与以往的元认知策略培训不同的是,本实验强调对学习者进行情感活动管理策略的培训。培训后学习者的自我管理意识明显增强,能用所学的管理策略进行自我管理、自我调控,自主学习能力有所提高,自我效能感明显增强。
Management strategies of learning include meta-cognitive strategies and meta-affec- tive strategies.This paper aims at developing learner autonomy through the training of management strategies in foreign language learning.What is different from the previ- ous training of meta-cognitive strategies is that the current experiment lays emphasis on the training of meta-affective strategies.After the experiment,the learners' autono- mous awareness has greatly improved and they can use management strategies to regulate their own studies and emotions.
