制度学派视域的社区行政化剖析

The Analysis of Community Governing in the Angle of Institution School of Thought

社区行政化是我国社会转型、经济转轨前期,为了控制社会稳定而较为普遍运用的一种社区治理方式。这一制度在特定时期内符合了社会发展的需要,然而此制度的潜力在今天挖掘已尽。目前学界对于社区行政化的研究往往过于表面,经过调查研究我们发现制度学派的制度锁闭和路径依赖理论能够较好地解决社区行政化研究当中,理论解释的困境,从而为更好地理解社区行政化和促进社区自治提供一个更为坚实的理论基础和一种可操作的方法。

The community governing is a popular kind of governing mode which aims to realize the social stability in the period of the transform of society and economy at the present.But the research of this aspect of scientific world is too superficial.Through the investigative research,we find the theory of the institution school of thought on lock of institution and route relying can solve the difficulties of theoretical explanation on the research of community governing and create a stronger theoretical base and operating method to understand the community governing and promote community autonomy.
