摘要
目的:探讨颈椎椎管狭窄的临床表现及CT诊断标准。方法:对48例颈椎椎管狭窄的病人行X线摄片及螺旋CT扫描。结果:48例均有不同程度的脊髓压迫症状;椎管的矢径均<11mm。结论:对颈髓有压迫症状的患者,即使矢径略>11mm,也要诊断椎管狭窄。
