摘要
在对粉状物料实施浸取作业时,因固体料层阻力太大,降低了设备工作效率。利用离心力克服粉体料层的阻力,强制溶剂流过料层。加速固—液界面的更新,提高浸取速率。于是发明了一种将离心力场导入固—液连续多级逆流浸取作业的机械设备。
When the immersing process for powder medium is carried out, the efficiency of the equipment may be lowed in view ot large resistance in solid layer. Centrifugal force can be utilized to overcome the resistance in solid layer and to force the solvent to flow the medium layer. In this way, the solid-liquid border will be speedily renewed and the immersing efficiency will be enhanced. In this article, a mechanical equipment which induces centrifugal force into solid-liquid multistage continuous count current immersing process was introduced.
