摘要
针对影响焦炉集气管压力的主要参数进行了研究,运用机理建模法建立了控制系统的数学模型;并应用前馈补偿法进行解耦,构建阀门间的影响关系模型,实现集气管压力的自动控制。
The parameters which mainly effect gas collector pressure in coke ovens have been researched and mathematic model of the control system was established based on mechanism modeling. It was constructed that the relation model between pipe manifold valves according to feed-forward compensation. System decoupling was done in theory so it can be applied in pressure computer control system.
