摘要
在分析了师范传统的实习组织与管理模式的不足的基础上,对新型的实习的组织和管理模式进行了概述,并提出了一些建设性建议。
Some problems in traditional mode of teaching pratice were analyzed. Some suggestions for the reform of organization and management mode in teaching practice were put forward.
