摘要
大同是煤炭资源型城市,近几年在经济和社会发展方面有了长足的进步,但和全省和全国的其它城市相比,经济增长方式的粗放型弊端凸显出来。制约大同经济发展的因素主要是农村债务链问题和金融体制在治理上的缺陷,剖析其形成的原因,提出具体的改革对策,可以为大同经济的健康发展提供一种思路。
In recent years, Datong as a coal city, has already made a great progress in economy and social development, however, the problems in the process of economic growth have arisen. The author analyzes the problems of rural debt chain andmanagement in financial system and suggests some concrete measures to improve the economic development of Datong.
