学习疲劳在学生日常生活中随处可见,根据学习疲劳产生的主要原因,可以采取的措施有:确立正确的学习动机、安排适量的学习内容、保证充足的休息与睡眠、根据学习规律合理安排学习内容等。
Fatigue due to long time study is everywhere in life. The paper puts forward the following measures against fatigue. establishing correct study motiration, arranging for right amount of study content, adjusting study content rationally according to study law, etc.
