摘要
一方面是民族地方高等院校培养的商科毕业生要寻找就业出路,另一方面是西部民族地区缺乏需要的商科人才。通过构建新的人才培养模式,既可以满足学生就业需要,又可以满足民族地区对商科人才的需要。
On the one hand the business graduate from the local colleges and universities wants to obtain employment, on the other hand the western minority area lacks the business talented personnel. The paper points out thatstructuring a new personnel training mode can meet the need of both student and the local area.
