摘要
降低物资采购成本的途径,一是扩大统一采购的品种范围;二是在市场经济条件下也必须编制物资采购计划;三是要制定合理的采购标准,确定合理的采购渠道和订货形式。
The paper discussed three ways to lower purchasing cost. Firstly,expand the species scope; Secondly,draw up purchasing plan; and thirdly,set up reasonable purchasing standard and reasonable purchasing channel and ordering form.
