摘要
用超声透射法对复合材料蜂窝夹芯构件进行了检测试验,分析了在检测过程中板波传播的基本特点,并对检测部位进行了解剖验证。试验发现当粘合胶分布不均匀或产生脱胶现象时,会使透射的超声信号幅值降低,据此规律可对复合材料蜂窝构件的胶接质量进行无损检测。
The honeycomb core constructional element of composite material is detected with ultrasonic inspection,the propagation feature of Lamb wave is analyzed,the detection positions are dissected for validation.Some rules are discovered when the glue is maldistribution or comes unglued,the amplitude of ultrasonic signal will increase.By utilizing the regularity it can conveniently realize the nondestructive inspection of honeycomb core constructional element about composite material.
