卫生投入视角应转向社区

当前在我国,作为准公共产品的基本医疗在医疗条件改善到一定程度之后,可及性以及公平性反而下降。这可以解释我国现阶段卫生投入绝对量的不断增加与卫生产出的不尽如人意之间的矛盾。因此,有必要将卫生投入引向社区,在社区卫生机构具备提供基本医疗的条件之后,对基本医疗费用进行投入。

Now in China,when the condition of the basic health care,which is a kind of mixed public goods,has been improved to a certain extent,the obtainability and the equity of the basic health care will get worse.This may be the cause of the conflict of the increase in the amount of the investment in the health care and the bad output nowadays. Therefore,it is necessary to invest in the community,and after the community health organization has the ability to provide the basic health care,the expenditure of the basic health care needs to be invested in.
