The development of IPTV is restricted by the bottleneck of I/O of the client/server mode. On the other hand,the development of P2P Internet TV has achieved great progress in China. P2P TV means to develop IPTV based on the P2P Internet TV concept and technology. P2P IPTV is expected to be the top layer innovation and lead the development trend in the world.
