'There is lack among abundance'. That was the judge of Mckinsey about Chinese college graduate's job situation after visiting 83 HR specialists from Canada, Germany, USA, South Korea and Australia in one year. In fact, in that controversial report, Mckinsey made deep analyses. For example, it pointed out that there are 33 percent undergraduates in China who study engineering in contrast to 20 percent in Germany and 4 percent in India. Mckinsey claimed that the differences resulted in the lack of young engineers who are suitable for working in multinationals. Actually, in the 1990s there were some multinationals began participating in rebuilding Chinese students'studies for the purpose of training and choosing employees and gaining longer and sustainable profits
