摘要
介绍了六西格玛(6σ)管理理论及其在国内外企业的应用现状,分析在我国电网企业应用6σ理论的可行性和必要性,提出电网企业供电服务实施6σ管理的思路和流程,并以实例论证该方法应用在改进供电服务质量中的有效性。
The theory of six-sigma （6σ） management and its application status in enterprises in China and abroad are described. The feasibility and necessity of applying 6σ theory to power grid enterprises in China are analyzed. Ideas and process of 6σ management in power supply service of power grid enterprises are put forward, and the efficiency of the method in improving power supply service is illustrated with examples.
