Research on Evaluation Index′s Weight of Public Parking Preferential Policies′ Decision-making Model Based on AHP

基于层次分析法的理论及特点,从政策对投资的政策效果度、政府承受度和效益度三个方面考虑,运用AHP法建立公共停车场优惠政策决策模型的评价指标体系,同时综合专家咨询和数学优化方法确定评价指标的权重,可为政府制定相关优惠政策提供理论支持。

Based on the theory and the features of Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP）, effectiveness of policies on investment, together with the endurance and efficiency of the government are regarded as three aspects to construct an evaluation system for the decision model of public parking preferential policy through AHP. Meanwhile mathematical optimization and Delphi method are used to determine the weight of evaluation indices, which can provide theoretical support for the government to formulate relating preferential policy.
