A Research on Job Burnout of The High School Female Teacher

摘要 本研究采用Maslach倦怠量表(MBI)对223名中学女教师进行了自我评价问卷调查,结果显示:41.7%的中学女教师在情感衰竭维度得分较高;情感衰竭程度随教龄增长有逐步增高趋势,而去个性化和个人成就感总体差别不明显;是否在重点学校任教工作倦怠感无显著差异;是否班主任、是否教毕业班及不同职称在去个性化和个人成就感维度差异不显著;在情感衰竭维度教毕业班的非班主任教师和班主任教师差异显著,而未教毕业班的班主任教师和非班主任教师差别不显著,中教高级与中教初级和中教二级女教师差别显著。 Based on Maslach Burnout Inventory, the 223 high school female teachers' personal evaluation was investigated. The results showed 41.7% of the 223 teachers got high scores in dimension of emotional exhaustion, of which tendency is higher and higher with teaching years gradually, furthermore there are no significant difference in dimension of depersonalization and personal accomplishment; There are no significant difference in 3-dimension of job burnout between group of teaching in a pointed school or not; There are no significant difference in dimension of depersonalization and personal accomplishment in group class-chief and of not class-chief, in group of teaching graduating class or not, in group of different professional title. There are significant difference in dimension of emotional exhaustion between group of not class-chief and of class-chief teaching graduating class, which is same as in group of different professional title, whereas in group of not class-chief and of class-chief not teaching graduating class.
