摘要
我国石油企业在几十年艰苦创业的过程中,形成了具有丰富内涵的石油企业文化,为企业的发展提供了极大的精神动力。但不可忽视的是,在石油企业文化建设中也存在诸如对企业文化建设主体认识产生偏差、把企业文化建设局限于思想政治工作、企业文化和企业战略缺乏互动等方面的问题。文章对这些问题进行了分析,并提出了相应对策。
Petroleum enterprise culture has formed with intensive and pioneering effort of several decades. It provides great indweller for enterprises' development. However, some problems such as incorrect knowledge on subject of enterprise culture construction, restricting enterprise culture construction in ideological and political educations, lacking interaction between enterprise culture and enterprise strategy are discussed. Related countermeasures are therefore established.
