Discussion on Improvement of Economy Assessment Indicator System in Petroleum Industry Construction Projects

文章根据项目可持续发展的要求,指出了目前我国石油工业建设项目经济评价指标体系中存在的不足,在遵循指标体系设计原则的基础上,对原有指标体系进行了改进的尝试,拟建立一套能衡量项目经济效益、环境效益和社会效益的经济评价指标体系。

According to requirements for sustainable development, there are shortages on economy assessment indicator system in China's petroleum industry construction projects. Basing on follow the principle of indicator system designs, the original indicator system is attempted to be improved and a set of economy assessment indicator system which can measure economic benefit, environmental benefit and social benefit is going to be established.
