氯氮平和利培酮对首发精神分裂症患者细胞免疫因子的影响

Effects of clozapine and risperidone on serum interleukin-2 and interleukin-6 of patients with first episode schizophrenia

目的了解氯氮平、利培酮对首发精神分裂症患者血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的影响。方法对62例首发精神分裂症患者给予氯氮平或利培酮治疗,分别在治疗前和治疗后第4、8周末、6个月末用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清IL-2、IL-6水平及其变化。结果两组患者治疗后第4、8周末血清IL-2、IL-6水平均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);不同药物对IL-2、IL-6影响差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论氯氮平和利培酮对IL-2、IL-6均有抑制作用,利培酮对IL-2、IL-6的影响大一些。

Objective To study the effeets of clozapine and risperidone on serum interleukin-2 and interleukin-6 of patients with first episode schizophrenia.Methods 62 patients with first episode schizophreniaa were treated with clozapine or risperidone.The serum level of IL-2 and IL-6 were measured with Elisa method before and after 4,8 weeks and 6 months treatment with clozapine and risperidone.Results The serum levels of IL-2 and IL-6 at the end of 4th,8th weeks and 6 months were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).the effects of the two drugs on IL-2 and IL-6 had no significant difference(p>0.05).Conclusion The results suggested that clozapine and risperidone had similar immunosuppression actions,risperidone had more effects on IL-2 and IL-6.
