摘要 目的:探讨急性脑梗死患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、血浆内皮素(ET)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的水平变化,以阐明NSE、ET、CGRP与脑损伤程度的关系及作用机制。方法:采用放射免疫分析测定56例脑梗死患者和36例正常对照血清NSE、血浆ET、CGRP的浓度。结果:脑梗死患者NSE、ET、CGRP均较正常对照上升或下降明显(P<0.01);病理组间,大灶梗死与小灶梗死比较有显著差异(P<0.05);急性期与急性期后比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:急性脑梗死患者血中NSE、ET、CGRP与病情关系密切,检测其血中含量有助于判断脑损伤的程度及正确评价预后。 Objective To illustrate the relationship between vasoactive peptides and the severity of brain injury through investigation of the changes of the blood levels of NSE,ET and CGRP in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Serum NSE,Plasma ET and CGRP levels were determined with RIA in 56 patients with cerebral infarction and 36 controls.Results Serum NSE,Plasma ET and CGRP levels in the patients with acute cerebral infarction were significantly different from those in the controls(P<0.01).Comparing among the patients,levels in patients with large lesion were significently different from those in small lesion patients(P<0.05),levels in the early patients were significently different from those in behind(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of NSE,ET,CGRP were closely related to the severity of brain injury.Dynamic measuements of their concentrations helped to predict the severity of the desease.
