用两种试剂检测血清甘油三酯的线性及偏差比较

Methid Comparison and Bias Estimation for Serum TG Assays of Two Reagents

目的用临床病人标本分析中生和东欧两种甘油三酯(TG)试剂检测血清TG的线性及编差。方法依据美国国家临床实验室标准化委员会EP9-A文件,每天取新鲜临床标本8份,分别用两种试剂测定TG共测5天,记录检验结果,统计学分析其线性方程和相关系数,进行偏差分析。结果两种试剂测定甘油三酯的相关系数r=0.999在0.23~11.0mmol/L范围内相对偏差为6.57~8.21%。结论两种试剂测定TG时,在0.23~0.407mmol/L范围内东欧试剂测定结果低于中生试剂测定结果。

Objective To describe thd related comparison and bias for serum TG assay with Zhongsheng and Dong'ou reagents.Methods According to the procedure of the NCCL EP9-1,8 patient samples were analyzed every day for 5 days,and each sample were tested twice using Zhongsheng and Dong'ou reagents separately.Then the duplicates were analyzed.The related coefficient of correlation and the bias between the two reagents were calculated.Results The bias between Zhongsheng and Dong'ou reagents was 6.57%～8.21% during 0.23～11.0mmol/L,related coefficient was 0.999.Conllusions: In determination of the patient's TG between Zhongsheng and Dong'ou reagents,the results of Dong'ou were higher than those of Zhongsheng during 0.23～0.431mmol/L,and lower than those of Zhongsheng during 0.431～11.0mmol/L.
