血清CA125、CA724联合检测在卵巢癌诊断中的价值

Study on the Diagostic Value of Combined Determination of Serum CA125,CA724 in Patients with Ovary Cancer

目的 联合检测血清肿瘤标记物糖类抗原CA12 5、CA72 4在卵巢中的诊断价值。方法 135例肿瘤患者,其中11例卵巢癌病例,术前测定血清肿瘤标记物CA12 5、CA72 4。结果 良性肿瘤、非卵巢癌恶性肿瘤与卵巢癌血清肿瘤标记物CA12 5、CA72 4敏感性、特异性存在显著性差异。结论 两者联合检测在诊断卵巢癌中特异性、灵敏性更高。

Objective To study on the diagnostic value of combined determination of serum tumor marker glucide antigen Ca125,CA724 in patients with ovary cancer.Methods The levels of serum tumor marker CA125,CA724 were tested before operation in 135 patients with rumor including 11 patients with ovary cancer.Results The sensivivity and specificity of ivary cancer serum tumor marker CA125,CA724 were significantly different in the benign tumor and the non-ovary cancer malignant rumor Condusions. There were more significant sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of ovary cancer when combined determination of the two.This was a valid method in the early diagnosis of ovary cancer.
