摘要
目的 通过检测1型和2型糖尿病病人外周血单个核细胞上细胞粘附分子的表达,探讨细胞粘附分子在两型糖尿病中表达的不同及其临床意义。方法 使用流式细胞术(FCM)检测1型糖尿病(T1DM)病人2 0例和2型糖尿病(T2DM)病人4 5例,正常健康体检者(CONTROL) 2 0例外周血单个核细胞上CD5 4和CD6 2L的阳性表达率,进行两两比较。结果 T1DM组CD5 4和CD6 2L的阳性率(% )分别为6 9.32±11.0 3;和6 6 .2 1±7.79;T2DM组为6 5 .4 3±10 .5 4和6 8.4 3±6 .0 3;CONTROL组分别为6 0 .98±9.13和4 5 .4 9±5 .4 1。T1DM和T2DM糖尿病病人组和正常对照组比较有显著差异(t=7.4 4~9.77~7.0 7~14 .5 9,P <0 .0 1) ;但两型DM组比较,两种粘附分子差异不显著(t=1.35~1.2 5 ,P >0 .0 5 ) ;在T2DM组中单纯糖尿病组和合并大血管病变组CD5 4和CD6 2L ,差异显著(t=2 .0 1~3.4 1,P <0 .0 5~0 .0 1)。结论 细胞粘附分子CD5 4、CD6 2L在T1DM和T2DM病人外周血单个核细胞上的表达显著升高,推测两者可能与糖尿病的发生和发展有关;T2DM组中单纯糖尿病病人和合并大血管病变者有显著差异,说明CD5 4和CD6
Objective To detect the expression of cell adhesion mokecules on the monocell of type 1 diabetes(T1DM)and type 2 diabetes(T2DM) patientes.Methods The positive rate of CD54 and CD62L was measured by flow cytometry in 20 cases of T1DM,45 cases T2DM and 20 cases healthy people. Results The positive rate of CD54 and CD62L was 69.32±11.03(%) and 66.21±7.79(%) respectively of T1DM,65.43±10.54(%) and 68.43±6.03(%) of T2DM;60.98±9.13(%) and 45.49±5.41(%) of control group.There was no significant diffenrence between the two diabetes groups.There was statistical difference between the single symptom patients and patients with large vessel disease in the T2DM group. Conclusions CD54 and CD62L incerased remarkably may shou cell adhesion molecules is related with the happen and development of diabetes;as well they may take part in the pathological change of the large vessel of T2DM.
