目的 探讨PCR、胶体金法、涂片法在结核杆菌检测中的应用及对其进行评价。方法 使用结核杆菌抗体胶体金法、FQ -PCR法以及涂片法。结论 PCR法能有效地避免假阳性,对结核病的检出率高,对临床的诊断。

Objective Study the use of PCR、 colloidal gold and smear in detecting tuberculosis and estimating them.Method PCR、colloidalgold of tuberculosis Ab and smear.Conclusion PCR can effectively avoid pseudopositive,increase the rat of detecting to tuberculosis,and repidly offer the result to diagonosis and cure for the clinical doctor.
