从法制视角看我国珍贵树木保护

Take a View of the Protection of our Country Rare Tree Species from the Angle of Law System

我国幅员辽阔,树木种类繁多,其中相当一部分因具有特殊的科研、生态和经济价值而被列为珍贵树木。由于过度开发利用,使许多珍贵树木处于濒危灭绝状态。国家先后制定了一系列的法律法规,对珍贵树木采取了特别保护措施。但珍贵树木资源总量锐减的趋势仍未得到有效遏制。随着可持续发展理念的确立,客观上要求我们必须站在人与自然和谐发展的高度,重新审视现行的相关法律制度的有效性。

Our's is a vast land with varieties of trees, of which quite a few are listed as rare species because of theirspecial value in scientific research, ecology and economy. Due to excessive exploitation, many of them are now at theedge of extinction, Our country has laid down a series of legal regulations to protect these rare tree species. However,the tendency of their sharp decrease has not been effectively checked up. With the establishment of the concept ofsustainable development, we are required to review objectively the effectiveness of the present relative legal regula-tions in terms of harmonious development between human being and nature.
