培训项目中运用参与式方法应把握的几个问题

摘要 参与式方法是一种科学、有效的培训方法,它能激发起学员的学习兴趣,调动学习积极性和提高学习效率,易达到快乐学习的目的。在培训项目中正确运用参与式方法的关键是选用合格的培训师和适度规模的学员,加强训前评估、训中监控和训后应用的反馈,才能达到预期的培训效果。 Participatory methodology is a scientific and effective training method. It can inspire trainees’interest in learning and mobilize their positiveness for learning, which improves their learning efficiency and helps themto achieve the goal of happy learning. Qualified trainers and an appropriate number of trainees in each course are keysto making good use of participatory methodology in training project. In order to obtain the good results as anticipated,evaluation before, supervision during and collection of feedback after the training must be strengthened.
