关于森林公安机关职责的思考

Reflection on the Responsibility of Forest Police

肩负保卫森林和野生动植物资源安全重任的森林公安机关由于管理体制不顺、自身机构不健全、法律法规不完善等原因导致在实际执法活动中存在一定障碍,影响到执法效率,降低了执法权威。因此,要进一步完善立法,加强自身建设,规范机构设置,加强与地方公安机关的协调,开展理论研究,不断明确森林公安机关的职责权限,确保其更好地发挥职能作用。

Forest Police shoulders the responsibility to protect forest, forestry animals and the vegetation re-sources within forests. However, the deficiency in its system and the underdevelopment of its regulations result insome obstacles in everyday law enforcement, which in turn decreases its effectiveness and authority. Therefore, mucheffort should be devoted to the self-perfection within the organization itself (such as law installation and organizationsetup) and the cooperation with local police stations to understand more of the duties and authorities of forest police aswell as to ensure a better performance of its functions.
