民族精神有共性也有特性。民族精神是在社会实践中形成的。由于体育的特殊性，它在民族精神的铸造中具有独特的、不可替代的作用。所以，在体育教学时必须注重体育在培养学生良好的精神品质中的作用，引导学生不仅注意锻炼身体，也要注意精神品质的培养。
The ethos has the commonness and also has the characteristic. It is formatted in social practice. On account of the characteristic of physical education, it has a unique, non-fungible role in cultivating the ethos . So we should pay more attention to the role of physical education which can cultivate the favorable spirit quality of student in the physical education, and induct student not only strengthen body exercises, but also cultivate spirit quality.
