摘要
“执法为公,立警为民”理念要通过每个行为主体———人民警察的认同、内化并在日常警务活动中具体体现,而每个行为主体所具有的道德素质在体现公安机关“全心全意为人民服务”的宗旨和公正执法过程中尤为重要。道德激励是公安管理活动中一个着力点,是提高人民警察个体道德素质的现实可行的途径。
The idea of ″enforcing the law for the people″ should be internalized by people's police and embodied in everyday police affairs. The moral quality of the police is especially important in reflecting the principal of ″serving the people whole heartedly″ and in the process of enforcing the law impartially. Moral encouragement is a practicable means of improving the moral quality of the police.
