The source from MOC (Ministry of Commerce) releases that China’s outbound investment hit $6,920 million in 2005, rising by 53.6% while there were 1,067 new Chinese overseas operations as approved by MOC in 2005, 28.7% up as against its previous year. By the end of last year, China’s total direct investment abroad had stacked up to $51.7 billion.
