摘要
目的对江苏省某炼油石化企业2002年~2006年期间健康促进的效果进行评估。方法采用问卷调查,收集、评价企业职工在干预前后健康知识、态度和行为等变化。结果干预后职工健康知识知晓率和健康态度的正确率明显提高(P【0.05)。对于不健康行为中的少食新鲜蔬菜、确诊高血压患者但不知道如何控制血压、不主动了解所从事岗位的职业危害及后果、不懂得使用作业场所的防护设施及应急撤离通道、工作时不按规定佩戴个人防护用品等项目,干预后不正确发生率分别下降到17.4%、13.9%、35.8%、17.8%和8.2%,且均具有显著性差异(P【0.05)。结论炼油石化企业职工面临的健康损害因素较多。可以通过相关知识的传播,帮助他们建立健康信念;掌握维护自身健康的必需技能,摒弃有害健康的生活方式。以极小的代价、迅速有效地开展炼油石化企业职工的健康促进工作,提高其健康水平。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of health promotion on the workers in an oil refinery enterprise in Jiangsu Province from 2002 to 2006. Methods The workers in enterprise were surveyed by questionnaires. The effectiveness was evaluated on health knowledge, attitude and behavior of workers before and after health promotion intervention. Results The cognition rate of health knowledge and positive rate of health attitude increased significantly after intervention (P<0.05). The occurring rates of five kinds of unscientific behaviors decreased significantly after intervention, about 17.4%, 13.9%, 35.8%, 17.8% and 8.2%, including low-intake fresh vegetables, unknown how to control hypertension among hypertension patients, inactive to know professional harm, etc. Conclusion There are many kinds of unhealthy factors in oil refinery enterprise. To improve the workers’ health, health promotion is the low-cost, quick and effective method, which includes knowledge propaganda to establish health believe, master the necessary skills of self-health and form healthy lifestyle.
