辽阳市宏伟区1997年～2005年肺结核流行病学分析

1997～2005 Epidemiology Analysis on Pulmonary Tuberculosis in Hongwei District,Liaoyang

目的了解辽阳市宏伟区肺结核的流行状况,为制定决策提供科学依据。方法对1997年~2005年在宏伟区疫情报告卡中的355例肺结核病例进行流行病学分析。结果1997年~2005年宏伟区肺结核发病在各街道(乡)均有病例发生,以曙光乡为最多,占病例总数的34.08%。全年均有发病,发病高峰集中在5~9月。年龄主要集中在20~60岁之间,发病年龄组段以40~49岁最多。男女发病之比约为1.82:1。以工人为主,其次为农民。肺结核发病有上升趋势。结论辽阳市宏伟区肺结核管理与监测的重点人群依次为工人、农民;其中,应以男性20~60年龄组、女性20~40年龄组为主。

Objective Understand pulmonary tuberculosis prevalence in Hongwei District of Liaoyang to provide scientific evidence for policy decision-making. Methods 355 pulmonary tuberculosis cases of reported cards were analyzed on epidemiology in Hongwei district from 1997 to 2005. Results From 1997 to 2005, there were 355 pulmonary tuberculosis cases of reported cards in each community and 34.08% patients were in Shuguang village. The incidence of cases occurred in a whole year, mainly between May and September. The age of cases was between twenty to sixty years old, mainly between forty to forty-nine years old. The ratio of cases between male and female is 1.82:1. The occupations of cases were mainly workers and farmers. The incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis seems to increasing. Conclusion The pulmonary tuberculosis management and monitor targets aim to worker, farmer, mainly in male group between twenty to sixty years old , and female group between twenty to forty years old.
