摘要
采用多种分析手段首次从轮叶木姜子 Litsea Verticillate Hance 中分得7个化合物,并应用多种现代光谱技术,结合文献对照,确定这些个化合物的结构.它们分别为:β-谷甾醇(1),胡罗卜甙(2),白藜芦醇(3),反式白藜芦醇葡萄糖甙(4),顺式白藜芦醇葡萄糖甙(5),soya-cerebrosode Ⅰ (1,8E)(6),soya-cerebrosode Ⅱ1,8Z)(7),本文首次报道了轮叶木姜子的化学成分研究,并且二苯乙烯类化合物3,4,5和脑苷甙类化合物6,7均是首次从该属植物中分得。
Seven organic compounds were isolated from Litsea Verticillate Hance by means of many kinds of separation methods.Their chemical structures were identified through several kinds of modem spectral techniques and theories.These seven compounds are β-Sitosterol(1),daucosterol(2),resveratrol(3),(E)-piceid(4),(Z)-piceid(5), soya-cerebroside Ⅰ(1,8E)(6)and soya-cerebroside Ⅱ(1,8Z)(7).This is the first report about the chemical constitutes of Litsea Verticillate Hance.
