气体信号分子与心血管疾病的发病机制

摘要 研究表明内源性 NO、CO 和 H_2S 是具有重要生理和病理作用的心血管活性物质,与众多心血管疾病的发病机制密切相关。气体信号分子的研究成果不仅推动了心血管领域的基础研究,而且为临床治疗提供了新方向。 It is indicated that endogenous nitric oxide,carbon monoxide and hydrogen sulfide cardiovascular functional regulatory factors with important physiological and pathological significance.They were involved in the pathogenesis of many cardiovascular diseases.The study about gaseous signal molecules will not only promote the basic research in the cardiovascular fields,but also provide a novel direction for the clinical research.
