摘要
采用各种柱层析分离方法对马醉木叶子的化学成分进行了系统研究,利用 NMR 和 MS 技术鉴定其结构分别为 Combreglucoside(1),Niga-ichigoside F1(2),Euscaphic acid(3),Madasiatic acid(4),Corosolic acid(5),Ursolic acid(6),Uvaol(7)和β-amyrin(8),其中化合物1-5为首次从杜鹃花科马醉木属植物中分离得到。
Eight triterpenoids were isolated from the leaves of Pieris japonica by means of several column chromatography methods,and their structures were determined as combreglucoside(1),niga-ichigoside F1(2), euscaphic acid(3),madasiatic acid(4),corosolic acid(5),ursolic acid(6),uvaol(7)and β-amyrin(8),and compounds 1-5 were first isolated from the genus of Pieris(Ericaceae).
