摘要
本文针对上海A型地铁列车转向架的特点,进行了转向架称重调簧试验台及其测试系统的具体机械设计,测试系统的传感器和数据处理器的选配、单片机和计算机接口处理、控制系统设计,以及试验台液压系统设计,实现了轮重测试、内侧距测量、轴距测量、转向架一系刚度测量、车体模拟加载及加垫调簧功能。本文为试验台设计了自动调簧系统,建立了以轮重一致为目标的调簧计算模型,并编写了程序,可实现了各轮子一系弹簧的加垫量的自动计算。本文还进一步进行了试验台操作流程,控制、检测系统的界面设计,提供了试验结果的报告模板。
In this paper, according to characteristic of the bogie of Shanghai's A-type subway, the detailed mechanical schemes of the test rig and the measuring-system were put forward. The measuring-scheme includes the selection of the test system sensors and data processing modules, the interface processing between the single-chip microcomputer and computer, and the control system design. The hydraulic pressure system was designed. The test of wheel load, the body loading simulation, the measurement of the inner-side distance, the wheelbase distance and the primary spring stiffness, and padding and spring adjustment were carried out. The automatic spring adjustment system was designed for the test rig. The paper put forward a model to calculate spring adjustment to ensure that each wheel of the bogie has consistent weight. The computer code for the calculation of padding and spring adjustment was developed. So the ultimate padding size can be obtained automatically with the code. Windows of the system operation flow, control and detected systems were designed, and also the template of test reports was given in the present paper.
