摘要
DINK has long been the phrase-an acronym, for Dual Income, No Kids-to describe young, careeroriented couples without children. That lifestyle was introduced to China, in the 1980s, from the West and it eventually blended with the traditional Chinese lifestyle. As a result, a unique group of young Chinese couples emerged. Usually the couples are urged to have children by their parents, who are retired and willing to take care of the children. So, the couples just leave their children with their parents and continue to lead free, DINK-like lives.
“丁克”本来是指有双收入,婚后却不生孩子,强调独立,追求二人世界的夫妇。这种生活方式和中国传统的家庭伦理观念碰撞之后,产生了独特的中国式的有孩子的“丁克”家庭。这些年轻夫妇一般是在已经退休父母的催促下决定要孩子的,由于孩子一出生就由爷爷奶奶或姥姥姥爷照顾,所以这些年轻的父母们还是过着和以前一样自由随意的生活,成为中国独特的“双收入,有子女、仍享受二人世界”的新式“丁克”一族。
