摘要
第二语言词汇的心理模型从词汇表证、词汇加工、词汇发展等不同的角度揭示第二语言词汇习得的本质,指导第二语言词汇教学和学习。本文综述了第二语言词汇习得的三大心理模型,分析比较了它们的优缺点,总结了现有第二语言习得理论的不足并提出了这一领域亟待解决的问题。
In the past thirty years, L2 vocabulary acquisition has become one of the hottest areas of SLA. Cognitive explorations of L2 vocabulary acquisition are of great theoretical value since they intend to approach the essence of L2 vocabulary acquisition from different perspectives such as the mental representation of L2 vocabulary, L2 lexical development, L2 lexical processing, etc. This paper compares and contrasts three cognitive models concerning L2 vocabulary acquisition, summarizes several weaknesses of current studies on L2 vocabulary acquisition and points out several problems that remain to be solved in this field.
