摘要
阐述了电动机转子断条检查及修复质量的重要性,着重分析了断条的原因及断条后对电机运行质量的影响,给出了检查转子断条的方法及修复断条的措施。
The paper describes the importanec of checking the rotor's breaken-strip of double-wheels motors and the repairing quality, analyses chiefly causes of the breaken-strip and the influence to motor quality after breaking and gives out the countermeasures.
