关于工科大学生工作价值观的调查与分析

Investigation and analysis on the students'employment views on values in engineering colleges

本研究采用问卷法对工科大学生的工作价值观进行了调查与分析。结果表明:在工作价值观所涉及的七个取向里面,工科大学生最重视的主要是组织安全与经济取向、社会互动取向以及自我成长取向。不同年级、不同性别学生在工作价值观上存在一定的差异。

The students' employment views on values in engineering colleges has been investigated and analyzed by the method of questionnaire.The results indicate that the students pay great attention to the three types of orientation,organization safety and benefit orientation,social interaction orientation and self growing orientation,among the seven types of orientation related to employment views on values.Students in different grade or different gender have different employment views on values.
