高等教育大众化是经济社会发展到一定阶段的必然结果。中国的高等教育大众化后,大学毕业生能否真正融入社会,能力和素质的作用显得愈加突出,本文就大学生应具备的能力和素质及培养方式作以分析。

With the development of economy society,making regular higher education accessible to the majority of young people is an inevitable result.After Chinese education entering this phase of making regular higher education accessible to the majority of young people,the ability and quality of students play an important role in whether they can melt into the society smoothly and healthily or not.The ability and quality of college students and its cultivation mode are analyzed in this paper.
