摘要
当前,社会对人才的要求发生了显著的变化,在强调人才的专业知识性特征的同时,更加要求本科毕业生具有职业技能的特征。随着高等教育的大众化,应用型人才培养出现了层次高移的趋势。市场营销专业是一个应用性很强的专业,社会对其技能要求就更加强烈。本文就市场营销专业构建本科应用型人才培养模式进行研究和探讨。
At present,the social demand for the talented people has changed remarkably.Both professional knowledge and vocational technique are required to be grasped by undergraduates to a great extent.With the popularization of the higher education,the application-type talent cultivating mode trends to move to higher levels.Marketing is an application major,therefore,its requirement for the technique ability is more rigorous. This paper researched the construction of the application-type talent cultivating mode for the undergraduates majored in Marketing.
